Fair Kim

Fair Kim is a senior government relations executive with more than 25 years of experience spanning congressional affairs, federal advocacy, trade policy, and maritime transportation. Prior to joining Carlough Solutions, he served as President of the American Maritime Congress (AMC), the nation's leading trade association representing U.S.-flag carriers, maritime labor, and supply chain stakeholders. Before leading AMC, Fair completed more than two decades of service in the U.S. Coast Guard, including assignments as a Staff Judge Advocate focused on operational law and maritime policy. He holds a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Government from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy.

Fair's experience working with Congress, federal agencies, and industry leaders on transportation, trade, and industrial base issues strengthens Carlough Solutions' ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and build strategic partnerships.
